Take note: Keep your lamp away from heaters, stoves, or hot appliances to prevent heat damage to the material. Ensure your lamp is placed on a stable, level surface to prevent accidental tipping or damage.
Lifetime Damage Replacement Policy
If your lamp is damaged, contact us with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a full or partial replacement for a small fee. This policy covers lamp damages, from misuse or accidental drops.
Please note that the Lifetime Policy applies for the entire lifespan of the business. We reserve the right to modify the policy at any time.
