Section A - General Store Terms

For the purposes of these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Sonogo Design, including all its owners, affiliates, and representatives.

By accessing or using our website, including browsing or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including, but not limited to, visitors, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our site or services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country, or that you have provided consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site. You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and in doing so, you agree not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

All prices for our products are listed in SGD and may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability or obligation to notify customers. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund as necessary or work to ensure delivery as soon as possible.

Section B - Product Terms

All products on this website are designed and created by Sonogo Design. We invest substantial time and effort into each design to provide high-quality, unique items, and unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs including resale of our products in brand-new condition on other retail platforms is strictly prohibited. You may not duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of our products, nor may you attempt to reverse engineer or modify our products for resale purposes. We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and ideas about our products and services. By sharing these with us, you agree that Sonogo Design may use this input to enhance and develop our offerings without an obligation to provide compensation. Your insights are valuable to us and contribute to creating an even better experience for everyone.

We strive to display accurate product descriptions and colors on our site. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to different devices' monitor settings. We do not guarantee that your device's display of any color will be exact. Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or promotions. We reserve the right to correct these errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate. 

Sonogo Design’s products are intended for personal use and enjoyment, and they are not authorized for commercial redistribution or bulk resale (If you are interested in a business-related or commercial partnership, please contact us directly to discuss potential opportunities). Each product is crafted to meet high-quality standards, but slight variations in the finished lamps are natural and reflect the handmade / 3D printed nature of our items. Such variations do not constitute as defects and are considered part of each product's unique character. While we use durable materials and sustainable practices, our products should be handled with care and in accordance with any provided guidelines or instructions to ensure longevity. Sonogo Design is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use or maintenance of our products.

Our products are designed with a 220V input voltage and include EU plug power cords, which are standard in Singapore. We are not responsible for ensuring voltage compatibility in other countries. If the voltage in your country differs, please verify compatibility before use. You may need a voltage converter or plug adapter to safely operate our products outside Singapore.

Section C - Domestic and International Shipping

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. While we’ll do our best to prepare and ship your order promptly, occasional delays in delivery can occur due to various factors beyond our control, and we will not be held responsible for such delays. However, we'll gladly help track your order and provide any available updates to support you in receiving your parcel.

 

For international orders, we partner with SingPost, which will initially handle your parcel and then pass it to a trusted local courier (such as USPS for U.S. orders) once it reaches the destination country. We’ll send a tracking number to your email or phone number, which will cover the parcel’s journey until SingPost hands it off to the next courier. Please note that a new tracking number may be issued by the local courier to your email, or phone number, which we will not have access to. To ensure timely delivery, we advise keeping an eye on your SMS, email, or phone calls, as these may contain updates or delivery notifications from your local courier.

It’s also important to be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery are the buyer’s responsibility, as these charges are set by your country’s customs office. Sonogo Design is not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged once handed over to the shipping carrier, though we’re happy to assist you in tracking your order if any issues arise. Our goal is to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible, and we’ll always be here to help if you have questions or need support along the way.​​​

Section D - Limitation of Liability

Sonogo Design and its affiliates, partners, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our site, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, delay in product delivery, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our 3D-printed lamps are sold as decorative items. While the electrical components provided are CE marked, the product as a whole has not been tested or certified for safety compliance in Singapore or other jurisdictions. Customers are to use this product at their own risk.

 

By purchasing this product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for ensuring compliance with local safety and electrical regulations before using the product. We will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or legal penalties resulting from improper use or assembly of the product.

Section E - Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, and we do not store any payment information. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the provided payment method for your purchase. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation. 

Section F - Damage during Delivery

Upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to inspect the contents of the parcel for any damage within 7 days of delivery. Failure to report any damage within this timeframe will mean that we are unable to process a damage claim. We strongly advise customers to carefully check the item and its packaging as soon as it is delivered.

If you discover that your lamp or any component has been damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately at [insert customer support email or phone number]. To facilitate the process, ensure you provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. This will help us verify the issue and proceed with the necessary steps.

Damaged lamps reported within the stipulated 7-day window are eligible for replacement. A small replacement fee ranging from $15 to $50, inclusive of shipping costs, will apply. Please note that damage claims reported after the 7-day window will not be eligible for replacement or compensation. Additionally, minor imperfections, such as slight color variations or small surface marks resulting from the 3D printing process, are not considered damages under this policy.

Section G - Lifetime Damage Replacement Policy

Our Lifetime Damage Replacement Policy covers your Sonogo lamp for the entire lifespan of the business. If your lamp is damaged, including accidental drops or misuse, simply contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a full or partial replacement depending on the damage extent for a small fee. This policy is valid for the lifetime of the business, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.
